How much does Monarch Cleaning charge per clean?

Our cost of services vary depending on the size of your property, and severity of the job. Here at Monarch we do our best to give you the best possible pricing to suit your individual needs and our customers would agree that we’re worth every penny!

Why do you charge per home rather than per hour?

The reason behind charging per home is to keep pricing constant for both us and the client. 

Do you provide laundry service?

We DO provide laundry service for our Rental/Airbnb services. Laundry services are not available for our one time/ move out cleans, however if you would like your sheets changed and leave us a fresh set, we will be happy to change them for you leaving your bed looking fresh and tidy.

Do I need to provide any of my own supplies?

ONLY if you have certain products you prefer. If not all chemicals, vacuum, mop, etc. are provided by us! 

Do you charge for a quote?

All quotes are free and determined after a walk-though of the property.

Do you charge extra for homes with pets?

Pet charges are typically factored into the initial quote and is dependent on breed. We love all animals! However, Monarch Cleaning does not provide pet care nor cleaning of pet feces.
